AUTOMOTIVE

• MIG WELDING

This machine will do the welding of wheel side rim portion with its main rotating rim.

The machine is controlled through Q series plc system.

The welding length are controlled by servo motor through Q positioning module.

• RETURN SPRING WINDING

This machine will check the number of rotation of spring, which are used in car seat belt section.

The machine operation are controlled by FX plc, and the length of various products are loaded in GOT HMI.

The number of turn of the spring are counted and rotated by servo motor.

• PRESS MACHINES

We have done automation for various load press machines with different plc systems and in different configurations.

We have done automation for 600Ton press fitted with coil feeder, where length can be set in HMI and its actual length, its speed can be monitored in HMI. The feeding of coil are controlled through servo motor for an accuracy of 0.01mm.

Some press machines are having controlled hydraulic system , which are controlled through plc analog modules.
