The Dwyer Mercoid FBLT-2SC-IVPP-10-60 Submersible Level Transmitter is a reliable and high-accuracy solution designed for continuous liquid level measurement in industrial and municipal applications. It is particularly suited for environments where liquids may contain solids, sludge, or viscous materials, such as wastewater treatment plants, industrial sumps, and storage tanks. With a measurement range of up to 10 feet and a 60-foot cable, this transmitter is ideal for shallow tanks or smaller vessels where precise monitoring of fluid levels is required.
The FBLT-2SC-IVPP-10-60 uses piezoresistive sensing technology to provide accurate and consistent readings of liquid levels, outputting a 4-20 mA signal for seamless integration with PLCs, SCADA systems, and other industrial control systems. Its 2-wire loop-powered design simplifies installation by eliminating the need for separate power supplies, ensuring a cost-effective solution for remote or challenging installation locations.
Constructed with a robust 316 stainless steel housing, the transmitter is highly resistant to corrosion, ensuring longevity and reliability even in harsh environments. It is equipped with a PTFE-coated FKM flush diaphragm that minimizes clogging and prevents build-up, which is especially important in applications where liquids are prone to solid or debris contamination. This flush diaphragm design also makes cleaning and maintenance easier, reducing the need for frequent servicing.
The FBLT-2SC-IVPP-10-60 comes with a durable 60-foot cable that provides flexibility for deeper installations or remote monitoring locations. The unit is IP68-rated for full submersibility and protection against water ingress, making it ideal for submerged applications. Additionally, it includes internal surge and lightning protection, ensuring stable operation even in electrically noisy environments or outdoor settings.
Designed for long-term durability, precision, and ease of use, the Dwyer Mercoid FBLT-2SC-IVPP-10-60 Submersible Level Transmitter offers a reliable solution for continuous liquid level monitoring in a variety of industrial and municipal applications. Its robust construction, accurate measurement capabilities, and minimal maintenance requirements make it an excellent choice for fluid level sensing in demanding environments.
