The PLS-W-S-1-0-0-0-0 utilizes a slowly rotating paddle driven by a synchronous motor. When material in the vessel rises and contacts the paddle, resistance to rotation increases. This causes the motor to stall and trigger an internal microswitch, sending an alert or control signal to external systems such as conveyors, alarms, or filling mechanisms. Once the material level drops and the paddle is no longer obstructed, the motor resumes rotation automatically. This simple yet effective principle of operation ensures reliable performance with minimal moving parts and low maintenance requirements.
