The PLS-W-S-1-2-CSH-0-0 features a 1 RPM synchronous motor that drives a rotating paddle. When the material level rises and contacts the paddle, the resistance to rotation causes the motor to stall. This action triggers an SPDT microswitch that can activate alarms, halt feeding systems, or control material flow. Once the material level drops, the paddle is freed and rotation resumes automatically, allowing the switch to reset for the next cycle. This dependable operation ensures precise and consistent material level detection.
This model includes a two-blade paddle for enhanced sensitivity and a CSH flange mount, offering a secure and adaptable installation solution. The rugged design of the enclosure helps protect internal components from dust and environmental exposure, making it suitable for harsh operating conditions.
