The Omega PGM-100L-30V60/-1/4BAR Liquid Fillable Industrial Pressure Gauge is a robust and reliable instrument designed for precision pressure and vacuum measurement in industrial applications. This gauge is particularly well-suited for systems that require monitoring of both positive pressure up to 60 PSI (4 BAR) and vacuum down to -30 inHg (-1 BAR), making it ideal for HVAC, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process control environments.

Featuring a 100mm (4-inch) diameter dial, the gauge provides clear, easy-to-read dual scale readings in PSI/BAR and inches of mercury (inHg). The large face and prominent pointer enhance visibility, which is crucial in complex or dimly lit industrial settings. The dual range makes it versatile for installations requiring both vacuum and pressure monitoring within a single device.

The PGM-100L-30V60/-1/4BAR is liquid-fillable, using glycerin or silicone to dampen vibrations and pulsations that could affect accuracy or damage the internal mechanism. This design increases the lifespan of the gauge and ensures more stable, readable measurements, even in high-vibration environments. The filled case also helps prevent internal condensation, further ensuring performance in varied conditions.

Durability is enhanced by a stainless steel case and bezel that resist corrosion and wear, making it suitable for harsh environments and outdoor use. The polycarbonate lens protects the dial while maintaining clarity and resistance to impact. The gauge employs a Bourdon tube mechanism for consistent and accurate readings across its range.

With a standard bottom-mounted connection, the Omega PGM-100L-30V60/-1/4BAR can be easily integrated into a wide variety of systems. Whether used in manufacturing plants, refineries, or utility systems, this gauge delivers dependable performance where precision and rugged construction are essential
