The Omega PX319-500AV Stainless Steel Pressure Transducer is a robust and reliable sensing solution designed for high-pressure industrial applications requiring durability, accuracy, and stable analog output. This model is calibrated for a pressure range of 0 to 500 PSIG (pounds per square inch gauge) and delivers a standard 4–20 mA current output, ideal for long-distance signal transmission and industrial control systems.

Crafted with a welded 316L stainless steel housing, the PX319-500AV offers exceptional resistance to corrosion, making it suitable for harsh environments including chemical processing, hydraulics, water treatment, and heavy-duty machinery. Its rugged construction ensures a long service life even under continuous exposure to vibration, temperature changes, and fluid contamination.

The transducer’s piezoresistive sensor element provides precise and repeatable measurements. Each unit is factory-calibrated and temperature-compensated to maintain consistent performance over a wide operating temperature range, ensuring accuracy and reliability in dynamic industrial settings.

The 4–20 mA output is a widely used standard in process control and automation systems. It allows for easy integration with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), SCADA systems, and analog data loggers while being immune to signal loss over long cable runs.

Featuring a compact footprint, the PX319-500AV includes a 1/4" NPT male pressure port and an integral electrical connector for quick and secure installation. Its design supports both retrofitting into existing systems and deployment in new industrial applications.

Whether monitoring high-pressure lines in a factory, controlling hydraulic systems, or managing critical infrastructure, the Omega PX319-500AV provides dependable performance, high-pressure capacity, and compatibility with a wide range of monitoring and automation platforms.
