The PR Electronics 4114 Precise Signal Transmitter is an advanced signal-conditioning unit built for converting analog DC signals into precise, isolated output signals in industrial automation and process control environments. Designed for accuracy, stability, and low drift, this module supports a range of input and output formats, ensuring consistent performance even in noisy or galvanically challenging installations.

Key Features:

  • Accepts DC input signals (voltage and/or current) with high precision

  • Full galvanic isolation between input, output, and power supply to protect signal integrity

  • Configurable output options: 0–20 mA, 4–20 mA, 0–10 V, ±10 V, etc.

  • Front-panel calibration for zero and span to fine-tune signal scaling

  • Low drift characteristics for long-term stability and repeatability

Specifications:

  • Input Range: DC voltage or current (user configurable)

  • Output Range: Selectable among 0–20 mA, 4–20 mA, 0–10 V, ±10 V

  • Supply Voltage: 19.2–28.8 V DC (model dependent)

  • Isolation Voltage: High-voltage isolation between all ports

  • Accuracy: Better than ±0.05% of span (typical)

  • Drift: Low offset and sensitivity drift over temperature and time

  • Operating Temperature: –20 °C to +60 °C

  • Mounting: 11‑pole socket or DIN-rail adapter

The PR Electronics 4114 delivers robust, accurate analog signal conversion with exceptional isolation and long-term stability, making it ideal for critical control loops and measurement systems in industrial automation.
