Shipping Options

Ram Automations offers multiple international shipping options. All available methods and costs are clearly listed in our quotations.

Our official logistics partners include:

In rare cases, alternative carriers may be used due to operational or logistical requirements.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • In-stock items are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines are included in all quotations.
  • Next Day Delivery, Express Shipping, and Saturday Delivery options are available for selected destinations.

After dispatch, you will receive a Shipment Notification Email with the carrier name, tracking number, and tracking link.

Express Delivery

We understand that equipment downtime can be costly. To support urgent requirements, we offer worldwide express delivery through our partner warehouses and distribution networks, ensuring fast and reliable service.

Using Your Own Shipping Account

If you prefer to arrange your own shipping:

  • A packing and handling fee may apply.
  • Please provide your courier account details and preferred service level to our sales team.
  • Ram Automations does not take responsibility or liability for loss, damage, or delays when using your own carrier.
  • All issues must be handled directly with your shipping provider.

Customs, Duties & Local Taxes

All customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges imposed by your country are your responsibility. Ram Automations does not cover or accept liability for these charges. Please ensure compliance with your local customs regulations before ordering.

Order Status & Issues

Missing or Delayed Orders

Typical delivery takes 2–5 working days after payment confirmation. If delays occur, we will inform you. If your order appears lost or delayed, please contact our support team.

Temporarily Out of Stock

If an item is temporarily unavailable but expected soon, we will hold your order and ship it as soon as new stock arrives.

Unavailable or Discontinued Items

If a product becomes unavailable or discontinued, we will notify you. If no suitable alternative is available, we will issue a full refund for any processed payment.
