The Allen-Bradley 150-C25NBD Smart Motor Controller SMC-3 is a reliable and efficient soft starter designed to optimize motor performance. Equipped with a Delta rating of 43.0A and a 3-wire rating of 25.0A, the Allen-Bradley 150-C25NBD is suitable for AC-53B applications ranging from 3.5-15 in a 3585 enclosure. This soft starter is designed for three-phase systems with a line voltage range of 200V to 400V at 50/60Hz, while the control voltage ranges from 100V to 240V. The maximum continuous current is 43.0A in Delta configuration and 25.0A in the 3-wire setup, ensuring reliable motor control.
The overload trip rating of the Allen-Bradley 150-C25NBD is set at 120% of the dial setting, providing an added layer of protection for the motor. Additionally, the auxiliary contact ratings allow for maximum volts make-break at 120V with 3.6/0.6 and 240V with 1.8/0.3 specifications. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use 75°C stranded copper wire for installation.
