This Spm Valve Repair Kit (100818-RK 100666-06) from Oceaneering is designed for efficient repair and maintenance of your valves. Manufactured by Oceaneering International Inc in collaboration with Parker Hannifin Corp, this comprehensive kit includes all the necessary components to ensure smooth functioning of your 1-inch 3-way N.C. Seated Spm Valve with part number 100296 Rev.Aa. The kit comprises of upper and lower valve seats (100296 B and 100304 respectively), a collet valve (100666-06), a hex nylon lock nut (0.375-24Unf-2B ASTM F594 Type 316 Cold W), and an installation tool for the spool valve (P/N: 100299 Rev.B).
The kit also includes a piston valve (P/N: 100302 Rev.B) suitable for 1-inch 3/5 Ksi Spm valves, a spool for the 1-inch 3/5Ksi Nc Vlv Spm valve (P/N: 101395 Rev.Aa), a stem valve for 1.0-inch 3/5 Ksi Wp Spm valves (P/N: 100776 Rev.Aa), and a cage valve for 1-inch 5Ksi Spm valves. Additionally, the kit features O-rings (2-229 Buna N70 Nitrile and 2-228 Buna N70 Nitrile), T-seal pistons with a 1.44-inch outer diameter, and T-seal rods with a 0.63-inch inner diameter - all made from Nitrile materials with PTFE back-up rings.
Moreover, included in the kit are 90 Durometer O-rings for 1.0-inch 5Ksi Spm valves, a spool for the 1-inch 3/5Ksi Nc Vlv Spm valve with cross-reference X200430280, and additional components such as the T-seal piston and rod with specified dimensions and hardness levels.
