The Eaton Moeller Series ZE-4 Thermal Overload Relay 6A 690V is a compact and reliable protective device engineered to safeguard motors and control circuits from overload and phase failure conditions. Designed for use in demanding industrial applications, this relay provides accurate thermal protection with an adjustable current range of 2.4–4A and a trip rating of 125%. Compliant with IEC/EN 60947-4-1 and 60947-5-1 standards, the ZE-4 is built for durability and operational safety. Ideal for integration with Eaton’s XTOM004AC1 contactors, it supports both Type 1 and Type 2 coordination with gL/gG fuses and is suitable for circuits with up to 5kA RMS symmetrical fault current at 600V AC.
