The Safety Barrier Shunt-diode Mtl 796, manufactured by Measurement Technology Ltd, is a high-quality safety barrier designed to protect against overvoltage and ensure safe operation in hazardous environments. This barrier has a max operating temperature of 60°C and features a shunt-diode design with resistance values of 300? at 26V and 390? at 20V.

Certified for hazardous locations, the Mtl 796 safety barrier meets stringent IECEx and ATEX standards, making it suitable for use in a wide range of industrial applications. With a Um rating of 253V and operating temperatures ranging from -20°C to +60°C, this safety barrier provides reliable protection for critical systems.

In addition to its safety features, the Mtl 796 safety barrier also offers versatile installation options, with certifications for Class I, Division 1 locations for Groups A-D, Class II, Division 1 locations for Groups E-G, and Class III, Division 1 locations.
