The Mobrey MCU201 Liquid-Level-Controller is a versatile and reliable device designed for ultrasonic point level liquid switch applications. When used in conjunction with the MCU gap sensor, this controller offers precise and efficient liquid level detection in a variety of settings. Typical applications include sludge blanket level detection in settlement tanks, interface detection for immiscible liquids, and contamination detection such as oil in water or water in oil.
The MCU201 and MCU203 control units provide a simple and cost-effective solution for controlling electronics in wall-mounting configurations near tanks or pipelines equipped with ultrasonic gap sensors. These sensors operate based on the attenuation of an ultrasonic signal through the fluid, providing accurate and real-time liquid level information.
Featuring a wall-mounting IP65 polycarbonate enclosure, the Mobrey MCU201 comes with a DPDT relay output for wet-to-dry or dry-to-wet changeover indication, external control, or alarm condition indication. The controller also accepts a voltage-free contact input to actuate pump control functions via the output DPDT relay.
With three LED indicators for normal, alarm, and fault states, the Mobrey MCU201 offers features such as selectable time delays, continuous cable checks between the controller and sensors, and various sensor options for tanks and pipelines. Additionally, the device is unaffected by liquid color, opacity, or conductivity, making it suitable for a wide range of liquid detection applications.
Powered by a 110/220 VAC or 220/240 VAC power supply, the Mobrey MCU201 has a power consumption of 6VA and supports multiple sensor inputs. The controller's double-pole changeover relay output rated at 5A at 230V, along with its IP65 polycarbonate enclosure and LED indicators, ensure reliable and efficient operation in diverse environments.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
